JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

NCSR is a North Carolina non-profit corporation. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within the state, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any action you bring to enforce any matters related to this site shall be brought in either state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.  If you are not a U.S. resident, you are also responsible for making sure that your actions comply with all local law.

 

SEVERABILITY

 

If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
